I come from a multidisciplinary creative background, with 10+ years industry experience ranging from design and marketing in boutique agencies, through to in-house government product teams.
I believe good design is done with people, rather than for them. I approach everything with curiosity and an open mind. I love cracking open a new opportunity and working with customers to gather insights, learning what drives their behaviours and understand their needs. In doing this I can design delightful, human-centred digital experiences that either addresses a gap, or reinvents an existing product or system.
I excel in both logical problem solving and creative experimentation. I'm adept at conceptualising high-level product vision and translating it into user-centred UX solutions. From there, I dive into the details, crafting precise UI designs with pixel perfect accuracy.
I'm dedicated to fostering collaboration within cross-functional agile teams. By bringing the team into the shoes of the customer, I cultivate empathy, enhance team buy-in, and ensure a shared understanding of the design's purpose. This alignment facilitates cohesive teamwork towards shared goals, reducing conflicting priorities.
